ملخص الوظيفة
The Contracts Lawyer is responsible for drafting reviewing negotiating and managing a variety of commercial agreements to ensure compliance with Egyptian law and company policies. The role involves assessing contractual risks advising business units maintaining contract templates monitoring contract performance supporting dispute resolution coordinating with external counsel and keeping the company updated on relevant legal developments.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in law (LLB) from a recognized Egyptian university; English Section
preferred.
- Licensed to practice law in Egypt (membership at the Egyptian Bar).
- 57 years of relevant experience in contract drafting/review in a law firm or inhouse role.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian commercial civil administrative and labor laws.
- Excellent drafting skills in Arabic and English; strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Strong attention to detail analytical skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to risk management.
- High ethical standards confidentiality and integrity.
