* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and close deals.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
* Attend external meetings and represent the agency in a professional manner.
Requirements
* Bachelor s degree in Marketing or any relevant field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a business development within a marketing agency.
* Experience in marketing agencies is a MUST.
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
* Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
