ملخص الوظيفة
Position overview:
You will be part of Plant Finance team mainly responsible for General Ledger Accounts Payable Taxation and participation in monthly/quarterly internal controls and SOX reporting. The position works closely with other finance sub functions as well as other departments and vendors to ensure smooth and coordinated daily business operations and proper accounting treatments.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in Month end closing bookings ensure compliance with deadlines and accuracy of financial data.
- Ensure compliance with SOX internal controls requirements including monthly/quarterly/annual assessments and submissions.
- Prepare accurate monthly quarterly and annual tax reports handle tax audits under supervision of accounting manager.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly VAT returns handles reconciliations with tax consultant as well as preparations for tax audits.
- Ensuring of participate in preparing complete all Corporate VAT Salary WHT tax requirements.
- Visit the tax authorities when needed.
- Participate in the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Participate in cash flow preparation and ensure proper working capital management.
Experience and skills required:
- Bachelor degree of Accounting/finance.
- 2-5 years of experience in related field.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office and ERP system (SAP preferable).
- Manufacturing industry background is preferred.
- Experience in Tax is desirable
- Fluency in English.
- Keen attention to detail.
