Skills
- Minimum experience required: 4 years.
- Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues.
- Administer user accounts devices and business applications.
- Monitor SLA compliance and ticket assignment.
- Support onboarding and technical documentation activities.
