VAM Systems is currently looking for Senior IT Support for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Skills

Minimum experience required: 4 years.
Provide Level 1 support for incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues.
Administer user accounts devices and business applications.
Monitor SLA compliance and ticket assignment.
Support onboarding and technical documentation activities.
