Job Description

The HR Coordinator provides support to the HR manager and undertakes all HR related administration.

  • Assisting KSA employees on HR queries, regarding policies and other HR-related matters
  • Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation.
  • Assisting the HR manager with day-to-day operations.
  • Maintaining both hard and digital copies of employees records.
  • Preparing employment and visa related letters
  • Providing documents and information required for the medical insurance renewal.
  • Helping to prepare reports, presentations, communications, data summaries, and/or other documents
  • Assisting with regular policies, processes and procedures reviews.
  • Ensures that the companys systems and policies are implemented in accordance with the rules and regulations of KSA such as Ministry of Labor, GOSI, Qiwa.... etc.
  • Follow up with all government entities.

Requirements

  • A degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in human resources administration
  • Understanding of Saudi Labor Law and disciplinary procedures preferred.
  • Excellent in English language (spoken/written).
  • Excellent in Arabic language (spoken/written).
