The HR Coordinator provides support to the HR manager and undertakes all HR related administration.
- Assisting KSA employees on HR queries, regarding policies and other HR-related matters
- Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation.
- Assisting the HR manager with day-to-day operations.
- Maintaining both hard and digital copies of employees records.
- Preparing employment and visa related letters
- Providing documents and information required for the medical insurance renewal.
- Helping to prepare reports, presentations, communications, data summaries, and/or other documents
- Assisting with regular policies, processes and procedures reviews.
- Ensures that the companys systems and policies are implemented in accordance with the rules and regulations of KSA such as Ministry of Labor, GOSI, Qiwa.... etc.
- Follow up with all government entities.
Requirements
- A degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of work experience in human resources administration
- Understanding of Saudi Labor Law and disciplinary procedures preferred.
- Excellent in English language (spoken/written).
- Excellent in Arabic language (spoken/written).
