Telesales Agent

Job Description

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service using scripts.
• Answer questions about our services or the company.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Take and process enrollments in an accurate manner.
• Handle complaints to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
• Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
• Updates job knowledge by studying new service descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
• Handle social media moderation activities (Facebook and Instagram).

Job Requirements

• BSc/BA is a must.
•Proven experience as Tele-Sales representative or other sales/CS role.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) is a bonus.
• Ability to learn about services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Very good knowledge of English language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
