Supply Planner (F&B or FMCG experience)

Job Description

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate inventory requisites with Procurement & Kitchen Ops department to ensure short/long term planning
• Forecast production plans to manage accurate inventory for distribution to minimize abnormal stock fluctuations or Goods Out of Stock
• Perform analysis on SKU movement to anticipate and mitigate the stocks shortage through scenario planning
• Review the actual consumption vs. the forecast to highlight and address deviations in order to update supply planning parameters
• Lead the planning for the goods assigned to be in line with the safety stocks and DIO targets

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree is a must.
• Excellent English and Google Sheets / Excel skills.
• Food and beverage or FMCG experience is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Previous experience in the same position.
