Property Consultant

Job Description

• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Help the customer to Find the property which matches his needs and budget.
• Help the customer to invest in real estate by giving him advice and recommendation.
• Prepare and present business proposals to convince customers and secure a consulting deal.
• Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale.
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
• Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
• Help the client to invest in real estate by giving him advice and recommendation.
• Follow up with all new clients and offer them what are they looking for.
• Achieving sales targets and executing sales strategies.

Job Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in Real Estate
• Must have a laptop.
• Excellent Computer skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Very good command of English.
• Presentable.
