Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

• Ensure a smooth and trouble-free operation of the equipment.
• Monitor process continuity, troubleshooting & corrective actions wherever required.
• Data entry into ERP system.
• Maintenance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance.
• Initiate proper startup/shutdown activities for planned and unplanned startup/shutdown.
• Assist utility operation and troubleshooting.
• Record and monitor consumables stock.
• Write the shift report.
• Organize the shift attendance & Leaves.
• Ensure & follow performance of the inspection report.
• Training the shift electrician for better performance.
• Report for Dept. manager plant troubles & Breakdowns.
• Safe and hygienic maintenance and Maintenance plan
• Use equipment properly and follow safety features.
• Supervise the implementation of repair work on machines/equipment/production lines which have an impact on occupational safety and health and the environment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering
• 1-2 experience in a similar continuous process industry.

Technical and Behavioral Skills:

• Males only
• Good knowledge of Bearing, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Assembly of equipment.
• Good knowledge of computers, operating systems & the internet.
• Good command of English
• Self-motivated & good time management.
