Land Survey Supervisor Full Time

Job Description

• Analyze surveyobjectivesandspecificationstoprepare surveyproposals in the tendering phase.
• Study the project requirements, and present to the project management a plan with manpower and equipmentneededwith estimated cost.
• Planthesurveyingprojectcycle;thesurveyingchartandtheworkforceplanning,themanpowerallocation, and equipmentneeded,andsupervise its implementation.
• Manage the purchase requests(PRs) for new surveying equipmentandensure its calibration.
• Report,monthly,tothemanagementatechnicalreportthatentailsmanpowerplanning,equipmentused the project’sprogress,andresolved issues.
• Train surveying staff,and directtheir work in suchactivitiesasperforming surveysor drafting maps.
• Develop criteriafor surveymethodsandprocedures.
• Coordinatefindings withtheworkofengineeringandarchitecturalpersonnel,clients,andothersconcerned with projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or arts (geographic).Bachelor Degree in Engineering or arts (geographic).
• 10+ years of experience.
• Can lead his team to achieve the highest daily rates.
• Cairo residences.
