IT Manager - remote

Job Description

• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, direct. Control and evaluate the operations of information systems and electronic data processing.
• Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
• Monitoring IT infrastructure (Hardware, network…. etc).
• Managing IT applications. (SAP, HR System, CCTV,…..etc).
• Responsible of IT budget, expenditures, ordering and closing.
• Responsible of system requirements, specifications, cost and timelines.
• Plan and implement new systems and improve existing systems to achieve business needs.
• Authorized to deal with communication providers.
• Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, network and information systems.
• Monitor and maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment to secure business confidentiality.
• Manage an IT solutions provider to ensure delivering high quality of technical support to customers.
• Team member in any renovation or new projects to ensure all IT standards are implemented according to group policy.
• Responsible of user profile and authorizations.
• Prepare monthly report for GM/CFO.
• Budgeting, Planning, Inspecting and controlling of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud project in the Egypt Factory.

Job Requirements

• BA. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in the information technology
• SAP implementation & Administration
• Computer hardware and software systems (Sales Buzz, Power BI, etc.)
• Microsoft, Cisco Systems
• Computer network, network administration and network installation
• Database background.
• Data security.
• Knowledge about, fire alarm, Sound system, CCTV, telephone systems.
• Project Management
• Managing IT expenses, budget review.
• FMCG distribution companies or Manufacturing is preferred.
