Construction Engineer/PM Assistant (Monorail project)

Job Description

• Provides technical support of on-site installation issues,know-how of mechanical/electrical installation & commissioning methodologies, understood PAN product engineering technologies.
• Interface with PAN on-site team and subcontractor construction team, and other local parties to solve interface technic problems.
• Understood constructionmethodologies and toensure Compliance and Completeness and Accuracy with regulatory local standards and within the contract specifications.
• Supervise and inspect work field activitiesto ensure conformance to plans, specifications, drawings, and other contract documents; check lines, grades, dimensions and elevations using standard surveying and field measuring equipment.
• Review site variation and advise in compliance with contract spec and scope; change order developmentto Client.
• Coordinate, review, and track constructing submittals; supplement and complete submittals to Client.
• Assist in project schedule update and resource analysis, resource analysis and adjustment prediction.
• Understood project execution workflows, support in daily management activities and endure timely completion.
