Architecture Technical Office Engineer

Job Description

• Preparing Projects Shop Drawings ).
• Preparing Material Approvals and Material Tracking Lists (Approval, Request and Delivery).
• Preparing Quantity Estimations and Materials Requests.
• Study the specifications, drawings and conditions of the project contract.
• Preparing the full project’s procurement plan.
• Prepare the monthly invoices for the owner/client.
• Prepare and arrange all invoices for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit change orders/additional orders to the client according to its cost and time frame.
• Prepare approval requests for materials adherence to project’s specifications and follow up the handing over to the consultant.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially Project Manager and Technical Office Manager.
• Providing technical advice.
• Preparing Material Request for Quotations and Collect Quotations.
• Follow Up with Other Managements for Preparation of Purchase Orders.
• Preparing Progressive Site to Consultant Letters and Replying Consultant Letters under Supervision Of Project Manager.
