SECTION 2: DEPARTMENT/SITE AND POSITION SUMMARY The job description for the position of ARCHITECTUAL TECHNOLOGIST for Ironclad Developments Inc. is identified below. The job description is based off the critical needs required for the above stated position. The position is classified as a fill[1]time position with 40 hours achieved weekly. Each shift will consist of not less than 8 hours per day with one 30-minute unpaid lunchbreak. The Architectural Technician will work under the direction of the Senior Architectural Technician and others.

SECTION 3: MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY & ACTIVITIES • Design drafting and detailing within AutoCAD • Prepare technical construction drawings (Plans, Sections, Elevations, Details) • Provide support to Project Lead in coordinating construction documents for all allied disciplines • Provide drawing support to project team during construction • Work as part of an integrated project delivery team • Perform other duties as required

SECTION 4: QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES) • Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related subject required. • Certification in CTTAM and/or ABTAM is considered an asset. • Proficient with AutoCAD and other relevant design software (Sketchup, Revit) • Knowledge of all applicable building and zoning codes • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Work independently with little supervision • Ability to problem solve and provide creative solutions • Ability to meet strict deadlines 2 OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES
