We are seeking a Cost Manager to lead cost control and commercial reporting for the Terminal 6 Substructure Works package at King Salman International Airport (KSIA) Riyadh. As a build-only substructure contract covering mass earthworks extensive reinforced concrete works waterproofing and precast elements this package requires precise ongoing cost tracking to protect margin across a fast-track programme with multiple concurrent work fronts. You will prepare and maintain detailed cost plans budgets and cash flow forecasts for the substructure scope monitor actual costs against budget on a rolling basis and track variations and emerging cost risks or opportunities as the programme progresses. The role also involves supporting procurement processes and evaluating subcontractor cost proposals ensuring commercial decisions are grounded in accurate up-to-date cost data. You will prepare monthly cost reports for project and client leadership and support the preparation of interim payment applications and certifications in line with the contracts commercial terms. Close coordination with the Planning and Contracts teams is essential to ensure cost programme and contractual positions remain aligned particularly where variations or delays have commercial implications. This role suits an experienced quantity surveyor or cost manager with a strong civil works background comfortable operating under the scrutiny of a high-profile PIF-backed aviation megaproject and confident presenting cost status clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
