Job Description

We are seeking a BIM Manager to lead model-based coordination and digital delivery for the Terminal 6 Substructure Works package at King Salman International Airport (KSIA) Riyadh. The substructure scope spans mass earthworks reinforced concrete elements and precast concrete components across a large geometrically complex terminal footprint formed of alternating garden and processor blocks making robust BIM coordination essential to avoid clashes and rework during construction. You will develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan for the substructure package ensuring it aligns with the clients overall BIM standards and information requirements for the wider KSIA development. Core responsibilities include coordinating federated models across structural MEP and precast disciplines running regular clash detection and coordination workshops with design and site teams and maintaining a well-organized common data environment to support document and model control throughout the project. You will also support quantity take-off processes 4D sequencing to visualize construction progress against programme and general digital reporting to project leadership. This role requires close collaboration with the Technical Manager Planning Manager and site teams to ensure that model outputs translate into practical buildable solutions on site rather than remaining a purely design-stage exercise. We are looking for a BIM professional with strong technical modeling skills experience managing multi-disciplinary coordination on large civil or building projects and the communication skills to bridge digital delivery with real-world construction sequencing on a fast-track high-profile aviation project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the BIM Execution Plan for the substructure scope

  • Support quantity take-off 4D sequencing and progress visualization
  • Manage document/model control and ensure compliance with client BIM standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years experience in BIM management on major construction projects
  • Strong proficiency in Revit Navisworks and common data environments (CDE)
  • Experience with substructure/precast modeling; airport project experience an advantage
