We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Operator / Call Center Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a calm and friendly demeanor and the ability to handle guest calls efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications :
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
Assist callers with inquiries reservations and service requests.
Route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
Record and relay accurate messages in a timely manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and procedures.
Handle urgent situations with professionalism and discretion.
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in telephone systems and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
