The PST Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of a team of Account Executives managing Talabats longtail restaurant portfolio. This role will ensure the successful engagement growth and retention of accounts through high-impact coaching performance management and operational execution. The Team Lead will also play a critical role in embedding self-serve capabilities across the portfolio and driving adherence to internal processes and KPIs.
- Lead coach and develop a team of Account Executives to deliver on portfolio-level targets including GMV growth engagement order volume and vendor satisfaction.
- Monitor team performance and pipeline activities through regular reporting and provide strategic guidance to drive performance improvement and operational efficiency.
- Act as an escalation point and advisor for complex partner situations supporting Account Executives in unlocking growth and resolving critical issues.
- Drive the adoption of self-serve capabilities among long-tail accounts by ensuring the team is consistently educating partners on the Vendor Portal Partner App and growth tools.
- Ensure team alignment with Talabats commercial priorities and frameworks ensuring consistent use of playbooks tools and engagement cadences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Commercial Vendor Support Logistics) to streamline processes and improve the partner experience.
Qualifications :
- University Graduates Only
- 24 years of experience in Sales Account Management or Team Leadership in a high-performance environment
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of managing or mentoring high-performing teams
- Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic
- Self-starter with high adaptability and resilience in fast-paced dynamic environments
