We are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join our Riyadh office and support our commercial team. In this role youll play a key part in both pre- and post-sales processes enabling us to effectively manage client accounts. You will collaborate closely with sales finance customer success and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the teams growth goals.

  • This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented data-savvy eager to learn and passionate about contributing to a high-performing commercial team.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the commercial team across sales pipeline management CRM (MS Dynamics) and financial processes.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Liaise with client stakeholders on documentation and invoice-related matters.
  • Develop internal reports to monitor KPIs and track sales performance.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Curious resourceful and eager to continuously learn and grow.

Qualifications :

  • A university degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field (postgraduate preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales customer support or sales enablement roles.
  • Experience with MS Excel PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a tech-enabled and collaborative environment.
