Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Social Media Account Manager to lead client relationships manage social media strategies and oversee creative campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role requires expertise in social media platforms excellent client management skills and the ability to drive performance while mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction.
- Understand client goals industry trends and target audiences to deliver strategic solutions.
- Present campaign ideas reports and performance insights to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to clients objectives.
- Stay updated on platform trends algorithms and best practices to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative content and paid media teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Campaign Management
- Oversee daytoday campaign execution across platforms such as Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok Twitter and others.
- Monitor campaign performance analyze metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects adhering to client budgets and timelines.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and support junior account managers or coordinators ensuring quality and professional growth.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
- Contribute to team meetings brainstorming sessions and strategic planning initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare detailed performance reports highlighting ROI KPIs and areas of improvement.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics Meta Business Suite and Sprout Social to track and interpret data.
Business Development
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Support pitch development and presentations for new client acquisition.
