الوصف الوظيفي
Lead the endtoend development and deployment of machine learning models advanced algorithms and AIdriven solutions to extract actionable insights from large diverse datasets.
Collaborate closely with software engineers data engineers and business teams to identify highimpact opportunities for applying data science to strategic business problems.
Design and implement robust data pipelines and ETL workflows to collect clean and integrate data from various structured and unstructured sources.
Conduct indepth exploratory data analysis and apply statistical modeling techniques to detect trends patterns and business drivers.
Build evaluate and deploy predictive models and forecasting algorithms that support operations planning and growth strategies.
Develop intuitive data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Stay current with the latest advancements in machine learning artificial intelligence and big data technologies and assess their potential integration into Code81s ecosystem.
Ensure that all data science practices adhere to data privacy regulations and governance standards.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Statistics Mathematics or a related field.
7 years of handson experience in data science machine learning or related analytical roles.
Strong proficiency in Python R or Java with indepth knowledge of libraries such as Pandas NumPy Scikitlearn TensorFlow and Matplotlib.
Extensive experience in machine learning techniques including supervised and unsupervised learning deep learning regression classification and clustering.
Solid understanding of data engineering principles with experience using SQL Spark Hadoop or other distributed computing tools.
Demonstrated success in translating complex business requirements into scalable datadriven solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences and lead crossfunctional initiatives.
Experience in leading or mentoring junior data scientists or analysts is a plus.
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Experience of contributing to proposal writing presentations and presales activities.
- Demonstrate an understanding of AI/ML.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in Cloud solutions like AWS Azure or GCP is a plus.
