Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all communication and inquiries
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and objectives
Create and implement strategic plans for clients ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and effective marketing strategies for clients
Monitor and analyze client campaigns providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client portfolio
Manage budgets and ensure profitability for all client accounts
Stay updated on industry trends and developments providing insights and recommendations to clients
Mentor and train junior team members providing guidance and support as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and achieving business objectives
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Fluent in English Arabic language skills are a plus
