Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
- Follow the full cycle of materials and services procurement from issuance of PO getting OA from suppliers materials readiness and GRNs is system.
- Work on purchase request and convert to purchase orders within the time limit.
- Send RFQs to suppliers for Materials and Supply portion and work on suppliers selection in coordination with sourcing manager.
- Support Project Manager on suppliers invoice validation and manage the discrepancy if any.
- Arrange progress / status report for both procurement and logistics part related to each project.
- Work with Freight Forwarders and select best option in line with project s budget and schedule.
- Arrange shipping and custom clearance documents in advance to avoid waiting time of ready materials.
- Follow up with the Customs Broker for the status of the Customs Clearance of the shipments
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from accredited university
- 5 years minimum relevant experience in supply chain procurement and logistics in a multinational company
- Knowledge in ERP system and procurement tools and software
- Strong in excel and other MS software.
- Knowledge in logistics Incoterms and custom clearance process
- Fluency in English and French. Arabic and/or Turkish are a plus
- Ability and willingness to travel across the region without limitation
Desired Characteristics:
- Previous work experience in multicultural environment
- Professional experience with customers in North Africa countries and Turkey (End customers EPCs OEMs and system integrators)
- Proven Leadership under project structure
- Strong interpersonal leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long and shortterm projects simultaneously.
