We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing team! You will have a vital role in assisting our team through the process of lead generation processes optimization data management and facilitating smooth lead funnel for our prospects.
What Youll Do:
- Create and manage Hubspot Salesforce and Salesloft integrations lists enrichments reports and more.
- Manage create and monitor GTM automation tools such as Clay Zoominfo Zapier/Make RB2B and Chilipiper to build and improve marketing automation processes.
- Oversee Outbound SDR Funnel and automated lead generation. This includes monitoring KPIs conversion points SDR assignments and performance analysis.
- Manage the company s Hubspot account and provide information on lead attribution and SDR analytics.
- Support essential Outbound marketing initiatives in HubSpot Salesforce and SalesLoft including data uploads status management segmentation and data cleansing.
- Proactive problem diagnosis troubleshooting and resolution.

Requirements :
- 35 years in marketing operations particularly in fastpaced B2B organizations a must.
- Advanced expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and Salesforce with a focus on Outbound processes.
- Experience in SDR/BDR roles an advantage
- Quick learner highly motivated problem solver and a team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ownership mentality this is not a role for someone who s just a task taker
- Experience with Zapier/Make/Clay An advantage
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
