We are currently working with a global pharmaceutical leader to recruit a Market Access & Pricing Director in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This critical leadership position will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies pricing frameworks and reimbursement policies to ensure optimal patient access to innovative therapies. The role will focus on strengthening relationships with key stakeholders including government bodies payers and regulatory authorities while driving sustainable business growth in the region.
What Youll be Doing
- Develop and implement market access strategies to secure pricing and reimbursement approvals for the companys portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with health authorities government agencies payers and other key decisionmakers.
- Lead negotiations with public and private payers to ensure competitive market positioning and reimbursement policies.
- Conduct health economic assessments and leverage realworld evidence to support valuebased pricing strategies.
- Monitor healthcare policy trends and regulatory changes proactively identifying opportunities and risks for the business.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams including sales regulatory medical and marketing to align market access strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and ethical standards related to pricing reimbursement and market access.
- Oversee the of pricing strategies to maximize product lifecycle management and market sustainability.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in market access pricing or health economics within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare environment payer landscape and regulatory framework in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record in securing pricing and reimbursement approvals for innovative pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging with government bodies and payers.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans balancing longterm vision with operational .
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
