What youll do:
- Own the optimization and scaling of global SEM campaigns across Google and Bing Ads.
- Analyze campaign performance conduct A/B testing and implement datadriven optimizations to improve efficiency and ROI with clearly defined success metrics.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance campaign performance and continuously integrate innovative search strategies.
- Manage multilingual and multicultural campaign strategies ensuring localization and relevance across global markets.
- Collaborate closely with creative analytics product marketing and global teams to translate data into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends platform updates and emerging ad formats to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.
What you have:
- 23 years of handson experience managing global SEM campaigns.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS with a strong understanding of how AI is transforming the search industry.
- Proficiency in AIdriven marketing with handson experience using machine learning and automation tools.
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple languages and regions.
- Strong analytical skillscomfortable with data reporting and translating insights into performance improvements.
- Excellent communication and project management skills to drive crossfunctional collaboration in a fastpaced environment.

- Experience in ad tech / the mobile marketing ecosystem or using AppsFlyer in the past
