General Description of Role and Responsibilities:
Participate in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for the construction project.
Work closely with project sponsors crossfunctional teams and assigned project managers to develop the scope deliverables required resources work plan budget and timing for new initiatives.
Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinate and delegate crossproject initiatives.
Identify key requirements for crossfunctional teams and external vendors.
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
Communicate with the Client representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concern.
Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls contracts and quality control provisions.
Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption of ongoing operations.
Ensure that project operations comply with design specifications and client requirements.
Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited University.
Minimum 20 years experience in managing largescale infrastructure programs consisting of multiple projects.
Experience with major government and/or semigovernment programs and project implementations.
Extensive Experience in the construction management of water and wastewater works.
Experience in implementing a zeroaccident philosophy.
A record of engagement with government entities/utility providers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working internationally.
