The Manager Liaison & RERA will be responsible for managing statutory approvals ensuring RERA compliance and liaising with government and regulatory bodies for real estate projects. The role demands a proactive approach in coordinating with internal teams and external authorities to ensure timely project clearances and full regulatory adherence
1. Regulatory Approvals & Government Liaison
- Facilitate timely acquisition of projectrelated NOCs and approvals including IOD Commencement Certificate (CC) Occupancy Certificate (OC) and Building Completion Certificate (BCC).
- Prepare and submit documentation to relevant municipal and state authorities (PMRDA MTDC MOEF etc..
- Represent the organization in meetings and hearings with government bodies.
- Ensure alignment of project submissions with Development Control Regulations.
2. RERA Compliance
- Prepare and submit project documentation and dockets as per RERA requirements.
- Ensure timely filing of quarterly and halfyearly RERA compliance reports.
- Handle rectifications updates and customer consent documentation under RERA guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure endtoend RERA compliance across all projects.
3. Coordination & Internal Alignment
- Liaise with internal departments such as Legal Design Projects and Finance for coordinated compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with Liaison Architects to ensure plans and designs meet statutory norms.
- Manage and maintain documentation and trackers for all liaisonrelated activities.
4. Budget & Cost Management
- Monitor and control costs related to FSI premiums TDRs consultant fees and approvalrelated expenses.
- Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of financial outflows related to regulatory approvals.
5. Risk & Stakeholder Management
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key government departments (PWD RTO Fire Department PCB Electricity Boards).
- Act as a point of contact for government and statutory bodies.
