Were looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner to join our team and drive recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.
What youll be spending time on:
- Talent Strategy & Market Insights Understand business needs provide market intelligence and influence hiring decisions with datadriven insights.
- FullCycle Recruitment Own the hiring process endtoend from intake meetings sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Employer Branding & Advocacy Represent our company in the talent marketplace promote diversity and inclusion and build external partnerships.
- Stakeholder & Candidate Management Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers ensure a seamless candidate experience and collaborate with internal HR teams.
- DataDriven Hiring Track key hiring metrics optimize processes and leverage technology (Greenhouse LinkedIn analytics) for better decisionmaking.

Have you done this kind of stuff
- Experience: 5 years in talent acquisition ideally in a regional or global role.
- A relevant degree (HR Business or related field) is a plus.
- Expertise in fullcycle recruitment (sourcing screening selection and offer management).
- Strong knowledge of ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn analytics.
- Experience working with diversity hiring strategies and employer branding.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
Not a must but a great advantage:
- Experience reducing timetofill and increasing direct sourcing success.
- Background in HR partnerships or talent pipelining.
- Strong social media presence for employer branding initiatives.
