Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers working on the most sensitive and complex issues in the organization
- Help set the standards of development of the entire organization
- Work in real time high scale systems where any delay can be critical
- Work with all other development teams in the organization to help facilitate coding standards and the proper way to integrate code into a complex and high scale system
- Work closely with devops to integrate new solutions and detect and solve bottle necks and choke points
- Work handson in designing developing testing and maintaining a high performance and distributed infrastructure
Requirements
- 6 years of hands on python experience working on large scale systems and applications
- 2 years of management experience leading teams of developers.
- Proven experience withdeveloping and maintaining highscale production enterprise level systems
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong technical understanding of high scale systems and understanding of how different components interact
- Experience with Cloud Environment AWS Advantage
