The Role - What Youll Be Doing
As a Care Team Leader youll be the heartbeat of the service supporting your team and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered day in day out.
Lead mentor and support care staff in delivering exceptional care
Carry out risk and needs assessments and create person-centred care plans
Shadow coach and develop your team to be their best
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure quality through spot checks and audits
Be the go-to for care staff clients and their families
