Job Title: Project Controls Director PMC
Location: Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Fulltime

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Controls Director to lead the project controls function for a major mixeduse development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing planning scheduling cost management risk management and reporting to ensure the successful of the project. This role requires deep expertise in project controls methodologies data analytics and stakeholder management within a PMC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and oversee project schedules ensuring alignment with project objectives and contractual requirements.
- Cost Management: Monitor project budgets control costs and implement financial forecasting strategies to mitigate cost overruns.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify project risks track potential impacts and develop mitigation strategies while managing scope changes effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for cost schedule and project progress.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project managers consultants and contractors to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with project goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate detailed project reports dashboards and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to industry best practices contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Implement innovative project control techniques and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Software & Systems: Lead the integration of project controls software for realtime data management and decisionmaking.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in project controls with at least 10 years in a PMC environment overseeing largescale projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of project scheduling cost control earned value management (EVM) and risk management.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced experience with Primavera P6 MS Project Power BI cost management tools and reporting dashboards.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead project control teams and provide strategic insights to executive leadership.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to present complex data clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP CCP (Certified Cost Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience in mega infrastructure or mixeduse development projects.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian project regulations and reporting standards.
- Strong background in digital project controls automation and AIdriven analytics.
