Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Process Improvement
- Identify business needs and propose effective solutions.
- Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement data strategies to streamline decisionmaking.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders executives and team members to drive successful project .
- Present findings and project progress to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
- Develop detailed reports presentations and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Create process flowcharts and track key project milestones.
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation.
- Continuous Improvement & Industry Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
- Recommend innovative solutions to keep the company competitive.
Experience & Skills:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with Microsoft Visio & Access.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst for at least 10 years
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian Financial Services Domain working with Top Tier Banks Government Authorities Central Bank (SAMA) or Capital Markets is highly desired.
- Training or experience in Business Process Modeling is a plus.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fast and accurate typing skills for efficient documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- It is essential that you have achieved CBAP Certification and are a Certified Business Analyst Professional
- Language skills: English and Arabic language is essential.
- Industry knowledge: Must have at least 10 years of expertise within Financial Services
