Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Sales Supervisor to join their team
Salary:
USD 800- 1000 Net
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily sales activities provide the drive and guidance to team members to ensure productivity and attainment of targets.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities and collaborate with the Group Sales Manager to plan and implement these strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports and updates for management highlighting performance challenges and opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team through effective communication to ensure continuous development.
  • Monitor daily weekly and monthly sales metrics and take action to address performance gaps.
  • Monitoring stock quality and quantity whilst ensuring the sales floor is kept clean and organized.
  • Ensure the sales team delivers excellent customer service and addresses customer enquiries concerns and disputes in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to all company policies and sales guidelines.
  • Analyze sales data sales trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Having regular meetings and checks with the checkers and salesman
  • Plugging revenue leakages monitoring expenses and observing budgetary requirements whilst ensuring payments are done on time to achieve targets.
  • Making sure that all auctions run smoothly through monitoring advertised information deposits test-drives and verification information.
  • Interaction with the marketing team to ensure advertising posts are completed as well as posting of sales promotions and campaigns
  • Making sure supplier contracts adhere to valid ITF263 specifications and commissions are applied accordingly.
  • Attending to goods and vehicles under subject to confirmation daily which includes negotiation with buyers to push offers and providing feedback through tags and reports
  • Confirmation or Cancellation of Sales
  • Creation sending and pushing for payment of proforma invoices.
  • Conducting sales staff performance appraisals.

Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Business Management or related field
  • Class 4 drivers license
