Job Summary
- Supervise pump attendants and general hands to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to operating procedures.
- Oversee daily fuel sales coupon and fuel card redemption and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Conduct daily cash and fuel reconciliations ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Manage banking processes including cash deposits and reconciliation with sales records.
- Monitor stock levels fuel deliveries and ensure proper handling and storage.
- Enforce compliance with health safety and environmental regulations at the service station.
- Train coach and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of conduct.
- Prepare and submit operational reports highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Safeguard company assets by implementing strong controls over cash fuel and consumables.
- A Diploma in Marketing Sales Business Studies Economics or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Marketing Sales or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing or Sales preferably within petroleum service stations FMCG or related industries.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with proven ability to manage frontline staff.
- Solid understanding of cash management reconciliations and banking procedures.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity accountability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Finance or a related field. 25 years of relevant work experience in data analysis business analytics or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions pivot tables VLOOKUP macros). Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio. Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data interpretation. Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights. Familiarity with SQL for data querying and extraction is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools processes and business challenges.
