Job Summary
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Masters is an added advantage
- Relevant experience in civil engineering construction concrete or ready-mix concrete will be an advantage.
- Experience in site inspections concrete works or construction supervision is preferred.
- Good understanding of concrete concrete placement curing and basic quality requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Good report-writing and problem-solving skills.
- Valid drivers licence and ability to travel to customer sites.
- Having your own car is an added advantage
- Must be willing to work on different construction sites and meet customers when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional reliable organised
Requirements
- Conduct site surveys and inspections before concrete deliveries and pouring.
- Assess customer sites and advise on concrete requirements and site conditions.
- Coordinate with customers contractors dispatch production and technical teams.
- Attend and provide technical support during concrete pouring where required.
- Monitor concrete delivery and site operations to ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Handle and investigate technical customer complaints.
- Provide after-sales technical support and follow up with customers.
- Prepare site inspection and technical reports.
- Assist customers with technical advice regarding ready-mix concrete applications.
- Identify and report any site-related issues that may affect concrete quality or delivery.
- Promote good customer relations and represent the company professionally.
Required Skills:
Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering Strong knowledge of technical engineering estimation and operational works Hands-on experience with: VRF Systems Chilled Water Systems Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
