Our client is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Systems Analyst to join their team.
Salary:

Responsibilities:
- Understand operational workflows and user behavior.
- Analyse business processes dependencies and operational risks
- Identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and edge cases.
- Understand how information flows through the business.
- Translate workflows into structured functional requirements.
- Define expected system behavior before development begins.
- Support prioritization and impact discussions.
- Help establish shared understanding between operational and technical teams.
- Develop workflow maps business rules dependency maps and specifications.
- Maintain source-of-truth operational documentation.
- Ensure documentation reflects operational reality.
- Coordinate functional testing regression testing and UAT.
- Validate workflows permissions automation and integrations.
- Ensure implemented solutions align with approved requirements.
- Support staging and UAT validation prior to production deployment.
- Support rollout planning and operational readiness.
- Assist with issue investigation and root cause analysis.
- Help ensure stable transition into the Enterprise system workflows.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business/data Analytics Information Systems Computer Science Operations Management or related field
- 3 5 years experience in business analysis systems analysis process improvement or workflow-heavy operational environments
- Experience with ERP systems workflow systems finance/logistics operations testing coordination and ICT delivery environments
