Job Summary
- Collect premiums from clients and ensure timely receipting.
- Accurately allocate and reconcile payments against client accounts.
- Issue premium reminders and generate client statements regularly.
- Monitor outstanding premiums and maintain an up-to-date aged receivables report.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships while ensuring adherence to payment obligations.
- Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned.
Requirements
- Grade 12 pass
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting Finance Bookkeeping or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (insurance industry experience is an added advantage).
- Strong computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Excel.
