Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering requiredPE license in NJ or NY preferred or ability to obtain within 12 monthsStrong communication skills both written and verbalProficiency with AutoCAD MicroStation and design tools such as INROADS and Civil 3DFamiliarity with OPE
