Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production plans based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Ensure material availability to support production schedules
- Coordinate closely with Production Procurement and Sales teams
- Monitor and adjust plans based on changes in demand supply or operational conditions
- Drive planning accuracy and improve forecast alignment
- Lead and coach the planning team to enhance capability and performance
- Analyze production performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory levels to balance service level and working capital

- Forecast accuracy (%)
- Production plan adherence (%)
- Inventory level / DOH
- Service level / OTIF
- Capacity utilization (%)
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain
- Experience in team leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of planning processes and MRP
- Experience with SAP (PP/MM modules preferred)
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
Additional Information :
SHUTTLE BUS TO SIKA BAC NINH PLANT
The company provides a shuttle bus service for employees Monday through Friday. The morning route picks up at 6:30 AM from Cau Giay - Thanh Xuan - Hoang Mai - Gia Lam and Bac Ninh. The return trip to Ha Noi is at 4:30 PM.
