Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Ensure compliance with the Companys policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers while identifying opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct employee training or ensure that departmental employees receive appropriate training to maintain compliance with the quality management system.
- Maintain all departmental documentation relating to the quality management system.
- Ensure that employees are properly trained and competent in performing their assigned duties.
- Conduct contract reviews to confirm compliance with quality management system requirements.
- Prepare quotations and sales orders and plan and execute production orders based on customer requests.
- Monitor production progress and revise production plans when necessary.
- Ensure that products are delivered to customers on schedule.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to determine capacity requirements relating to manpower equipment and materials.
- Collaborate with the Quality Department in developing and implementing quality plans.
- Ensure effective communication between departmental employees and all functions involved in product manufacturing and delivery.
- Maintain records and control all documentation relating to quotations and sales orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- College diploma bachelors degree higher qualification or an equivalent credential.
- Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience together with relevant manufacturing knowledge is preferred.
- Ability to build trust and confidence with management.
- Good proficiency in all four English skills.
- Proficiency in ERP software.
