Our client is a top-notch technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate for their firm.
Financial Strategy & Performance Management
- Define drive and supervise long-term financial strategies aligned with the Groups overarching business objectives.
- Develop KPI/OKR frameworks and perform comprehensive performance evaluations across business units products and operational functions.
Financial Planning Forecasting & Budgeting
- Oversee the annual budgeting cycle rolling forecasts and scenario planning processes.
- Manage budgets and cash flow effectively to ensure optimal deployment and utilization of financial resources.
Capital & Cash Flow Management
- Strengthen capital structure efficiency and manage the overall cost of capital.
- Monitor liquidity working capital and financial risk exposure across the organization.
Control Compliance & Risk Management
- Implement and maintain effective internal control systems alongside Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards tax regulations and all applicable legal requirements.
Accounting Tax & Financial Reporting
- Lead the centralized accounting function ensuring accuracy consistency and timeliness across the Group.
- Assume full accountability for consolidated financial statements and management reports presented to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors tax authorities banks and financial institutions.
Team Leadership & Finance Digital Transformation
- Develop and lead high-performing finance and accounting teams.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives standardizing financial systems and enhancing data management practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an Audit Partner/Principal/Director at Big 4 firms or as a CFO in well-established organizations of similar scale.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Auditing Finance or a related field; international education is an added advantage.
- Strong command of English.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in enterprise architecture development aligned with business strategy preferably within the financial services sector. Strong capability in defining architecture standards technology frameworks and design methodologies. Experience in researching evaluating and implementing emerging technologies to drive innovation. Solid experience in solution architecture design evaluation and governance. Good understanding of IT strategy alignment and enterprise architecture principles. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to project delivery.
