Yard Hostler Yard Spotter Driver (#d0ba)

You will keep yard operations moving by safely and efficiently shuttling containers and trailers across private property. You will support dispatchers and loading teams ensure equipment readiness and help maintain a clean compliant facility in an onsite role (MondayFriday daytime shift).

• Operate an electric yard spotter to move containers and trailers on private property (no public road driving)
• Spot trailers to assigned doors and coordinate with dispatch and loaders
• Complete pre-inspection checklists on equipment and trailers and escalate safety issues immediately
• Maintain yard cleanliness and remove debris to support safe efficient operations
• Couple uncouple and back trailers in tight yard spaces as required

• Verifiable yard spotter or hostler experience
• Valid Class C drivers license (no CDL required)
• Ability to couple uncouple and back trailers in tight yards
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to pass a written equipment assessment and a hands-on equipment certification on the first day onsite
• Compliance with site requirements: orange reflective safety vest enclosed-toe shoes badge access and GFSI food-safety standards
