This role supports diagnostic imaging services by performing radiologic exams operating X-ray equipment assisting with patient positioning and ensuring safe high-quality imaging care.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic X-ray and radiologic examinations accurately and safely Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring comfort and safety Operate radiology equipment PACS and Radiology Information System workflows Support portable X-ray C-arm fluoroscopy and surgical imaging needs as assigned Follow radiation safety patient identification documentation and facility protocols
Requirements
ARRT(R) certification required BLS/BCLS certification required Radiologic Technology program completion or ARRT registry eligibility required Minimum 2 years of radiology department experience preferred Must be available for weekend night shifts and able to support adult pediatric and neonatal patient care
