What you will have an opportunity to do:

As a Workplace Ambassador intern you will participate in the companys training program to develop your skills through rotational assignments and hands on participation. You will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of how is executed and its processes preparing you for a future role in the industry.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5PM or 9AM - 6PM (based on business needs)

Your Role:

• Greet and welcome all employees entering the workspaces within the Paramount offices making a hospitality presence known throughout the building

• Create relationships with employees in the workspaces aligned to you learning about their in-office needs and being able to anticipate them

• Use reservation tools to ensure that employees have the proper spaces reserved ensuring they have productive time while on-site

• Work with employees to plan their on-site meetings resulting in flawless execution and the maximum utilization of proper room sizes including catering audio visual etc.

• Be the eyes and ears of the building ensuring that if things are not as they should be we input tickets appropriately and detailed to have quick resolutions before a client would see them

• Be the first line of troubleshooting for conference room equipment being able to quickly resolve and result in meeting timeliness

• Provide responsive on-demand services to clients and employees

• Become the hospitality hub for your aligned workspaces between facilities AV IT F&B janitorial etc. resulting in clean usable and reservable spaces

• Work closely with management to understand the vision of the product () assist with project as needed and provide support to the entire team.

What are we looking for

• Comfortability working in a fast-paced environment

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

• Ability to bend squat push and pull
