• Salary Range: $100000.00 - $220000.00 per year

• Represent clients in workers compensation proceedings
• Conduct legal research analyze complex issues and draft legal documents
• Attend hearings and depositions
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Effectively manage time and adhere to firm procedures
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California State Bar (required)
• Proven ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues and devise effective solutions
• Proactive client-centered and tech-savvy approach to legal practice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior organizational multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
