Senior Analyst with deep Workday Benefits experience.
Ability to provide expertise in Workday Benefits configuration and strong experience with this (eligibility and event rules benefit groups and plans rates etc.)
Must have experience with Workday Open Enrollment processing; End of year processing (post OE and prior to 1/1) with vendor file reporting and 4th quarter changes (out of sequence events).
Strong understanding and experience developing or modifying Workday Benefits business processes
Ability to perform Workday Benefits testing such as unit testing end to end integration testing
Ability to assist with testing and supporting HCM integrations to carriers and third party vendors.
Ability to assist with EIB loads and Report Writer.
Ability to provide demos and small group training sessions.
Ability to perform advanced Workday Benefits troubleshooting and Tier 3-level production support
Workday Benefits experience should be recent.

2 project/process design or improvement analysis experience required Required
