Kace Premier Medical Talent is recruiting a Physical Therapist Assistant for a rehabilitation opportunity in Salinas California . Support patients working toward improved strength mobility and independence under a Physical Therapists direction.

Responsibilities:
Deliver treatment interventions within the established physical therapy plan of care.
Assist patients with therapeutic exercise gait balance and functional mobility activities.
Observe treatment responses and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Reinforce safe movement techniques and patient and caregiver education.
Maintain accurate treatment documentation.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
Follow applicable supervision requirements and professional scope of practice.

Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
Current California PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting.
Strong communication organization and documentation skills.
Commitment to safe patient-centered rehabilitation.
