Searching for an End User Support (EUS) Engineer who will deliver high-touch 1:1 whiteglove End User Services engineering with focus on trader workflow continuity rapid restoration and professional stakeholder management.
The opportunity:
Hybrid: In office/remote
Provide desk side and remote white glove support with VIP prioritization.
Triage and resolve L2/L3 incidents across trading apps AV Office Windows and Intune managed endpoints.
Maintain high quality communications and ticket updates.
Work with app owners infra teams and vendors as needed while maintaining ownership.
Identify recurring issues propose fixes and contribute to service improvement.
